If your chain is faulty upon delivery, fill in our online form on our CONTACT page with a description of the fault and we'll get back to you with a return address.

Treat your sunglasses chain right and it’ll love you long time. Avoid spraying perfume or other products directly onto your chain as the chemicals can induce tarnishing. Use a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to restore shine (avoid a polishing cloth as it may strip away the plating). Store your chain in its EDEN bag to keep it protected.
